These are some of the newest homes in Anaheim, with modern front-loaders, steam dryers and laundry rooms that were designed in, not added on.
The heart of 92808 is the Anaheim Hills Festival shopping center on Santa Ana Canyon Road, with neighborhoods climbing up Weir Canyon Road, Serrano Avenue and Canyon Rim Road behind it. Deer Canyon Park, Sycamore Canyon and the trails around Weir Canyon bring the open space right to people's back yards.
We reach 92808 quickly via the 91 and the 241 toll road interchange, and we schedule around the heavy afternoon traffic on the 91.
Homes in 92808 mostly date from the late 1980s through the 2000s, and many have upgraded laundry: front-load washers on pedestals, steam dryers and Wi-Fi connected machines from Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and Electrolux. These machines rely on control boards, sensors and door locks that a basic handyman can't diagnose, and that's where we come in.
Homes backing onto open canyon land see more dust and pollen, especially when Santa Ana winds blow in the fall. That dust ends up in dryer vents and lint screens and shortens the life of dryer parts.
