Hillside homes east of the 55 along the 91
Anaheim Hills is the hilly eastern part of Anaheim, rising south of the 91 freeway and the Santa Ana River toward the Santiago Hills. It's a community of winding streets, two-story homes and canyon views, and one of the areas we visit most for washer and dryer repair.
Same-day appointments when the schedule allows. Call (424) 389-5413.
Most Anaheim Hills homes were built from the 1970s through the 1990s, so many still have their original laundry rooms, supply valves and long dryer vent runs. We know these floor plans well.
Anaheim Hills homes fall in two delivery ZIP codes: 92807, covering the western and northern hills along with the Anaheim Canyon area, and 92808, covering the eastern hills out toward Weir Canyon and Gypsum Canyon. The Anaheim Hills Post Office on Santa Ana Canyon Road uses its own PO box ZIP, 92817.
We reach Anaheim Hills from central Anaheim on the 91 and Santa Ana Canyon Road, and we plan routes around rush-hour traffic on the 91.
